Self-hosted · Free forever · Your data stays local
A self-hosted email verifier that runs on your own machine. No API keys, no per-verification fees, no third party ever touching your lead list.
Install in one command
curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/recallsync/email-verifier/main/install.sh | bash
Takes about 2 minutes. Docker required.
Most verification tools charge per email — somewhere between $0.003 and $0.008 each. Verify 20,000 emails a month and that's $60–$160, every month, forever.
Typical verification service
Ongoing. Scales with list size. Your leads uploaded to their servers.
Email Verifier (self-hosted)
One-time install. Verify 20,000 or 2 million — same cost. Runs on your machine.
Step 1
CSV or Excel, any size. Name your list and drop the file — verification starts locally.
Step 2
Every check runs from your own machine, in real time, with live progress. Verified, Risky, and Failed — clearly labeled with the reason for every result.
Step 3
Export full CSV or XLSX, or grab just the Risky + Failed subset. Use the built-in tools to find or verify individual addresses when you need to.
This isn't a hosted service you upload your leads to. It runs entirely on your own computer or server. Nobody, including us, ever sees your list. That's not a policy promise — it's just how the tool is built.
✓ No API keys or SaaS accounts required
✓ SMTP checks run from your IP, not a shared verifier pool
✓ Open install — no signup wall before you try it
Some results will come back Risky — that's expected, not a flaw. Providers like Gmail and Outlook don't always give a definitive answer at the protocol level. When that happens, we tell you honestly instead of guessing.
That's why every completed list comes with a Risky + Failed export — a small, clean subset you can optionally run through a paid verifier for extra certainty, instead of paying to re-check your entire list.
Verified · Risky · Failed — same labels in the app and in your exports.
